(CLOSED) Happiness Planner giveaway! (UK only)

11.6.16

If you are looking to start a diary, set goals, read inspirational quotes and encourage a positive mental attitude then I have the giveaway for you and it's super easy to enter. I have one pink and gold Happiness Planner to give to one of my blog readers/subscribers. It's an undated 100 day planner so you don't need to worry about having half of it empty or rushing to start it - you can get going whenever you like.

I own a Happiness Planner which I bought a few months ago (I blogged about it here) and I love it. First of all it is aesthetically pleasing in the prettiest pink and gold scheme. It is packed full of quotes to keep you motivated and the activities are designed to make you think about what makes you happy and how you can incorporate those things into your daily life to increase your happiness. There are exercises at the beginning where you have to think really hard about yourself as a person. What are your good traits? Bad traits? What do you want to change about yourself? It is quite tough to complete but it's a real eye opener.

This giveaway is open to subscribers of my blog only and just those based in the UK this time (sorry international folk!) All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me what makes you happy and how you incorporate it into your life.

I will pick one winner after the giveaway closes at midnight on Saturday 18 June 2016. Good luck!

  3. I've been eyeing up these planners for months! Glad to hear you find yours so useful. The thing that makes me most happy is my dog Oscar, he's a total cutie and I love spending time with him :) He's a cross between a cocker spaniel and poodle so essentially, a bit of a crazy teddy bear!

  8. Aaah I have listed after these planners for ages.

What makes me happy is helping other people be happy, by teaching in a very deprived, challenging area I often get stressed but it makes me so happy to see the kids happy and calm and safe because I'm putting everything in to making their life easier. That makes me happy everyday when I come home as does knowing that I can come home to Netflix and a lovely meal with my wonderful partner when I get there!

  9. My 2 furbabies Florence and Albert they are so cute and always happy. Springer spaniels are one of the best things to make you feel happy It's hard to look at their big floofy ears and long tongues and not smile. We love to take them to the seaside when we can those are the best days xx

  14. The planner looks lovely! I have been thinking of buying something like that to remind myself to stay positive even during the hard times. What makes me happy is doing something I'm passionate about and waking up with a smile on my face. The biggest step I'm doing right now to make that a reality is looking for a new job I will be happy to go to every day and in my everyday life I try to always do things because I want to do them, not because I feel like I have to. :) Jeanette

  15. This planner is so beautiful - I love the colours and protective colour. I'm so curious about (and a little afraid of) the exercises which make you look at yourself as a person - I think I have a pretty good idea of my bad traits, but I imagine it's pretty tough seeing them written down in black and white. It's probably helpful though - constructive criticism from you to you!

Taking the time to slow down, zone out from my everyday stresses and appreciate 'the here and now' is what makes me happy - whether that's going for a walk and just appreciating the music I'm listening to or the scenery I'm walking through, having a nice meal with my boyfriend and enjoying the food and his company, or spending the day with friends and just being silly.

  16. Wildlife/animals/sea-life makes me extremely happy and I always make sure I take time out of my day even if its just to watch the birds going about their business in my back garden. I make my holidays all about animals as I know I will have an amazing time & gain more knowledge about the wonderful creatures of our World.

  32. Having mental health problems, being happy can be a real task at times. So I try to find lots of little things that make me happy, and I do this by taking a happy photo every day and sharing it on my Instagram. It could be anything from some pretty flowers, a cuddle with my dogs/cat, a letter from a friend or a nice bubble bath. I find it helps me look at each day in a more positive light (well, I try to anyway!) and it's also nice to look back on, as I find it can be easy to think everything's been bad, when even in the darkest days there is something light.

  35. Enjoying the little things and planning for the future.
I think it's always good if you can appreciate the small things - the sound of rain, your favourite chocolate bar, wearing your favourite pyjamas, gazing at stars, the song of a bird.

And planning for the future making me happy, even if they feel like they're just dreams, it's nice to crave more. I like researching places to travel (and probably do this a little too often haha)

    Loved reading this post btw!

  44. Ah the journal is such a lovely idea!! The outdoors makes me happy :) as long as the weather is nice I practically live outside, and even when the weather isn't so great, there's nothing that makes me happier than curling up with a book and a blanket and listening to the rain and wind. I sound like such an old lady!!

  45. Ah, that journal looks lovely! My happy things are hot yoga and lovely cups of tea, especially in terrible British weather! I make sure to schedule classes in as much as possible, aiming for 3-4 classes a week - and they're super intense, so that feels like a lot. And I drink loads of proper, good quality tea everyday, all the time! xx
