3 ingredient Nutella brownies.

9.3.14

It has been a while since any of my baking efforts were successful, especially a recent attempt to make healthy brownies with chickpeas which were a disaster. I had a spare afternoon yesterday so I decided to don my apron and have a bash at making something sweet. When I spotted a recipe for 3 ingredient Nutella brownies I figured I couldn't possibly go wrong!

Not only were they really easy to make but they turned out so well. Crispy on the outside, squishy and wonderful in the middle. All you need is a jar of Nutella, eggs and flour (and a pinch of salt which the recipe I followed suggested - see link above!)

Mix together, stick in the oven and voila. Perfect brownies which you can spend all weekend devouring. Oh well, I did have a personal training session this morning so I kind of deserved it ;)

Unfortunately for my waistline I will definitely be making these again!

If you have any foolproof recipe suggestions please feel free to leave them in the comments bit below - thanks!

  1. Such a shame that your healthy brownies didn't go to plan! I've made them again and again and they've always been good.
These nutella brownies look amazing though! I used pretty much the same ingredients to make nutella cupcakes a while back. Love how simple they are to make! Great if you fancy a quick sweet treat :)
I have a few pretty simple recipes on my blog I would recommend - http://trinket-box.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/recipes - in particular the jam doughnut muffins, three ingredient breakfast cookies and the no bake cookies!

  3. Oh no, I was planning on giving up chocolate for lent until I saw this. This kind of recipe is perfect for a student like me who only ever has a few ingredients in the kitchen! I might just have to give them a go...

  11. These look amazing, and since I have a boyfriend that claims not to like chocolate, but does like nutella this would be a good compromise.

  12. I always stick to the same old brownie recipe which I have to admit, I love, but I think it's time for me to try something a little different! And seeing as I love Nutella, this is a prime candidate!

Loving your little pug-face in the background!

  13. Boy oh boy, I do not regret making these after reading your post - they are so good! Mine seem to be getting dry quite quickly though... which I guess excuses me from eating them all inside 24 hours? ;)

  16. I don't know how I feel about this information. On one hand three ingredient (that I always have in) brownies on the other hand three ingredient (that I always have in) brownies - you can see my dilemma!! So good and yet so bad. I kind of feel the same way I did when I discovered my favourite Thai restaurant delivered - so good and yet this could be so bad!! Sorry for the rambly comment!!! xx
